Baked Potato Salad
A down home favorite. Made with skin on Russet potatoes, sour cream,
bacon and cheese. This is a great salad cold, but here's the best part.
Top with breadcrumbs and it can be served warm as a baked potato casserole!
BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE
Place a 3# container of baked potato in ovenproof pan top
with 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs. Bake a 350* for 30 minutes or
Savory Casserole, add ham, cheese, or sausage
May be microwaved
BAKED POTATO SOUP
Add 3 cups of milk to 3 pounds of baked potato.
Heat and serve.
