Roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients
1 Boneless Turkey Breast Roast (4–5 pounds)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. dried parsley flakes
½ tsp. dried basil
½ tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°.
Pat turkey breast dry with a paper towel, then drizzle with oil. Add remaining seasonings and place turkey breast in a roasting pan.
Roast for 25 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (approximately 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 ½ hours). Transfer turkey breast to a cutting board and allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Remove the twine and slice.
