Picanha refers to the Culotte or the Top Sirloin Cap with the Fat cover left on. This Small covering keeps so much flavor locked inside this cut. The Picanha is great for grilling, smoking or roasting in the oven. With great sirloin flavor and beautiful marbling throughout the meat this cut is a wonderful dinner item. Each of our Picanha are trimmed by expert butchers, and weigh at least two and half pounds.
