Amount Per Serving:
- 1 pound 93% lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup beer
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- 4 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 4 slice Maplewood smoked bacon, cut in half and cooked crisp
Combine first 3 ingredients and mix lightly.
Shape into four- ½ inch thick patties.
Place patties on the grill and cook, uncovered, 13 to 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F, turning occasionally. Do not press down on the burgers; this will reduce the juiciness.
About two minutes before burgers are done, place buns, cutside down, on the grill and grill until lightly toasted.
Top buns with burgers, cheese and bacon.
