Amount Per Serving:
- 1 1/2 lbs steak (flat iron, skirt, or flank)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- to taste salt and pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
Marinate steaks in remaining ingredients for at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
Remove from marinade and discard remaining marinade. Grill over medium-high heat for 15–20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove from heat and allow steak to rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing.
