Beef and Veggie Kabobs

  • 1 pound strip steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, any color, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • as desired steak seasoning
Beef and Veggie Kabobs


Thread ingredients on wooden or metal skewers.

Season with steak seasoning, as desired.

Preheat broiler, with rack about 6 inches from heat source.

Broil kabobs, turning occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
