Amount Per Serving:
- 1 pound strip steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper, any color, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- as desired steak seasoning
Thread ingredients on wooden or metal skewers.
Season with steak seasoning, as desired.
Preheat broiler, with rack about 6 inches from heat source.
Broil kabobs, turning occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
