- Adding Products To My Cart
To add an item to your cart, click on the product to view the order screen. Enter the number of units into the "Quantity" field. (Some products contain multiple cuts.) Click "Add to Cart" to add the item to your cart. Click on cart icon at the top of the home page to view your meat order at any time.
- Order Status And Confirmation
All orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday. After placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation at the address you provide. Your email will contain a tracking number. Due to the holidays and weather, delivery times may vary. See schedule below for an estimated shipping schedule.

- What If I Won't Be Home?
If you would like the package shipped/delivered on a specific day of the week, please add that request to the special instructions during the checkout process, and your items will be held until the date you provide.
- What Will Arrive On My Doorstep?
Look for the FarewayMeatMarket.com shield on the box delivered to your door. We recommend opening the box and immediately transferring the product to your refrigerator/freezer or grill/oven. It is important someone is home when your box is delivered. All packages will be left at your door. Please remember this package is perishable.
- In What Condition Will My Product Arrive?
All products will arrive frozen. Since your products will arrive at your doorstep, it will be in perfect condition to be placed directly in your freezer. If you choose to place the products in your refrigerator to thaw, please thaw, cook, and consume within three days for maximum quality and taste.
- How Do We Keep Your Meat Frozen?
Dry ice is used to ensure product quality. Please handle the dry ice package according to the instructions on the package.

Your cooler can be reused or re-purposed, and in some areas, taken to your local recycling center. To find your local recycling center visit, http://www.recyclingcenters.org.
